Our Temora, Young based, family-oriented chiropractic clinics are on the lookout for a warm, caring, friendly Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist with customer care and people management experience, to join our friendly, happy, professional and committed team. 

You, will be the right hand of the Chiropractor and the welcoming face of the practice. The practice relies on your ability to manage patient schedules, along with your exemplary people and organisational skills to ensure smooth patient flow in and out of the clinic. 

The primary focus of this role is to:

• Maintain the clinic ambiance
• Facilitate effective communication with patients and chiropractors
• Help stimulate the growth of the practice, sales experience would be considered a desirable bonus skill
• Contribute to the development of the team
• Ensure all procedures and processes are carried out in an exemplary standard. 

Our practice is located across three clinics and growing. Young, Temora and Yass. This role is a part time position that offers around 10-30 hours per week, but can be extended to full time quickly/immediately for the right candidate. 

You will need to be available to work between the clinic hours and it would be ideal if you have flexibility to cover additional hours in Young as needed.

Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous but not essential as full training and support will be provided. What we are after is ATTITUDE PLUS!
